Race Lodging, LLC is a member of the both Bristol Chamber of Commerce and Martinsville Chamber of Commerce. Race Lodging, LLC is a licensed Vacation Lodging Service Company and a licensed Travel Insurance Service Agent, and full service travel agency. Race Lodging, LLC was established in 2000 and to date has served over 30,000 race fans.

Race Lodging's Accommodations

All of our accommodations are personally inspected by Race Lodging, LLC and must meet our high standards of being clean, neat and orderly. There is a TWO NIGHT minimum on all lodging, some homeowners may require a three night minimum.

Viewing Accommodations

To view BRISTOL or MARTINSVILLE race rentals and guest accommodations, go to the left hand column and click on either Bristol Lodging, for events at the Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol, VA/TN or Martinsville Lodging, for events at Martinsville Speedway, Martinsville, VA. A "Search Block" will then appear for you to begin your search of our room and home listings. Once you have defined your search, you will see several pictures. By clicking on one of the pictures, you will be given information about that property, along with several other pictures. Large Groups - If it's a large group needing more than one home, we have several homes that are in the same neighborhood, many side by side. (Availability is indicated as Spring or Fall; SPRING is March for Bristol, April for Martinsville. FALL is August for Bristol, October for Martinsville.)

Making a Reservation

To make a reservation click on "Request Property Reservation" at the bottom of the detail page for a particular property. Here you will fill out an application/request for that property. Once you have completed the application, click on "Submit" and your request will be logged into our reservations request data base. You will be contacted within 2 business days confirming receipt of your request Monday through Friday, and on Monday if a request is made over a weekend. Be sure that when entering your email address that it is correct, this is how we will attempt to contact you to confirm receipt of your request. You can also submit a request via e-mail at email@racelodging.com. If what you desire is not listed or is booked, please go ahead and submit a request. We are viewing and listing new properties daily and what you need may be available but has not yet been added to the website. In the event you don't see what meets your needs you can also give us a call at 423-764-5454. We are currently taking reservations for the 2008 and 2009 race season.

Our goal, as a member of the Bristol/Tri-Cities, Martinsville AND Richmond race communities, is to provide our visitors (race fans) with affordable comfortable accommodations during race week. We would like to build long-term relationships between homeowners and their race guests to make the arrangement more enjoyable for everyone. To aid in accomplishing this, we have tried to clarify the expectations of the homeowners and the race fans.
